How to Buy a Vehicle from China
A simple and transparent process from vehicle sourcing to international shipping. We guide you through every step of purchasing and exporting vehicles from China.
01 — Tell Us What You Need
Tell us the vehicle brand, model, year, quantity, budget and destination country. If you’re not sure which vehicle to choose, we can also recommend suitable and popular models for your market.
02 — Vehicle Sourcing & Quotation
Based on your requirements, we source suitable vehicles through our network across China and provide available options with vehicle information, photos, videos and quotations.
03 — Confirm the Vehicle
Review the vehicle details, condition, photos and videos before making your decision. You or your representative can also inspect the vehicle in person when available.
04 — Pay Deposit & Reserve the Vehicle
Once you confirm the vehicle, pay the agreed deposit to reserve it. The vehicle will then be secured for your order while the remaining payment is arranged.
05 — Complete Full Payment
After the vehicle is reserved, complete the remaining payment according to the agreed terms. China-side export procedures will begin after full payment is received.
06 — Export Preparation & Documentation
After full payment is received, we begin the China-side export process, including vehicle preparation, required documentation and shipment preparation. This process typically takes approximately 7–15 days, depending on the vehicle and export requirements.
07 — Shipping
Once the vehicle and export documents are ready, we arrange shipment according to the destination and agreed transportation method. Shipping options may include Ro-Ro, container or land transportation depending on the market.
